Today we have a review of new monitor called AOC Q2781PS, which is difficult to attribute to any product category. The monitor can be called a gamer, but the specifications thereof have spoken quite to the contrary. Also you can call it a professional device for the job, but it is now really true.
In addition, the manufacturer decided to please all lovers of bright and shiny back side with Swarovski crystals, which look really nice. But how often do you look on the back of your monitor? So new AOC Q2781PS looks quite strange, but we would like to tell you about it, because it is quite an interesting topic for discussion.
AOC Q2781PS: Design
The main advantage AOC Q2781PS is design of its rear panel. I would like to say that here the entire corpus of interesting, but in fact it is not so – the manufacturer only confuse the reverse side and a little to stand.
The rear panel is made of eco-leather (or a similar material on it, I realize it was not possible) and encrusted with Swarovski crystals. For those who are not particularly versed, it is worth noting that it is not Swarovski crystals gems.
The stand of the monitor has an L-shape and looks quite stylish, but does not allow you to change the height of the monitor. It looks stylish and expensive. Also it does not take a lot of place on the table.
AOC Q2781PS: Specifications
The display diagoтal AOC Q2781PS, as you’ve probably guessed, is 27 inches with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. This is a fairly good performance, the picture is clear, grain-free and eyes will not get tired of active use.
The display brightness is 350 cd/m2, contrast ratio is 1000: 1, viewing angle of 178 degrees, 5 ms response time, frame rate of 60 Hz. Matrix is IPS, color rendition at the highest level. Excellent monitor for home or office use.
AOC Q2781PS: Features
All connectors AOC Q2781PS at the rear panel. There is a special area, where there are two HDMI outputs, VGA and DisplayPort ports. It is worth noting that AOC company has released another model called AOC Q2781PQ, which differs from the model with only S design. If S-models have Swarovski stones, then the monitor panel is completely black and glossy. Its cost below $100 from the original. However, without stones the monitor for $500 it looks completely uninteresting.
AOC Q2781PS: Conclusion
The price AOC Q2781PS is $600, which is quite expensive for 2K monitor with such diagonal and features. If you want the monitor for work, you can buy some 4K device from HP, if you want for gaming – you can take a lot of devices from ASUS or Acer for the same money.
So I personally do not understand for whom AOC Q2781PS. But if you like Swarovski crystals, you will definitely pay attention to it.
