Sony Alpha A7S II is able to shoot video in 4K (3840×2160 pixels, 8-bit codec XAVC S), it uses the entire area of ​​the sensor. Also available movie recording mode with four- and five-time slowdown.

Over a 3-inch swivel screen camera (1.23 million pixels) electronic viewfinder placed XGA OLED with 100% frame coverage and 0.78-fold increase. To communicate with mobile devices provides NFC-adapter and a wireless module Wi-Fi.
