Korean Samsung has quietly put on the European market an improved version of the smartphone Galaxy S4 mini, which, depending on the country known as the Galaxy S4 mini plus or Galaxy S4 Value Edition.
Novelty is the issued in July 2013 smartphone Samsung Galaxy S4 mini updated chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, whereas in the original gadget using an older 32-bit platform Snapdragon 400.

The manufacturer did not increase either the size of its memory, which is still limited by the familiar Galaxy S4 mini 1,5 GB or diagonal and resolution of its Super AMOLED display, remaining at 4.3 inches and 540×960 pixels, respectively.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini plus installed 8 megapixel and 1.9 megapixel camera, internal storage of 8 GB, expandable via microSD, a removable battery capacity of 1900 mAh and the operating system Android 4.4 KitKat. While the latter looks rather strange, and Koreans might well be used in the new product more recent Android 5.0, which certainly would increase its popularity.

Samsung Galaxy S4 mini plus / S4 Value Edition has appeared in some European countries and sold for 190-239 euros.
