LEMFO X7 First REVIEW: This Smart Bracelet is Perfect for Sport!
The Chinese manufacturer of wearable devices LEMFO has released a new budget fitness bracelet called LEMFO X7. In fact, this is a competitor to UMIDIGI Uwatch, released in late October 2018. These gadgets look very similar, but LEMFO X7 has a two-layer silicone strap, while UMIDIGI watch comes with both silicone and metal bands.

LEMFO X7: Design
LEMFO X7 is a classic smart bracelet with a round aluminum alloy case and silicone strap. Yes, it has only silicone strap, and you cannot replace it with metal one, like the previous models.
On the front we can see a 1.4-inch TFT display. There is a touch control button. The screen has a resolution of 128 x 96 pixels. The display is protected from shock and scratches by 2.5D protective glass. By the way, it is colored, and it allows receiving new notifications from smartphones, such as SMS messages or notifications from social media.
On the right side there is a power button to turn on the bracelet. The back side has four magnetic connectors for charging and heart rate sensor.
The strap is silicone, soft and flexible. Thanks to its mesh structure, your skin will breathe and your hand will not sweat. The clasp is metal.
LEMFO X7 is available in three color options: back case with black and red strap; black case with black and yellow strap; gray case with black and gray strap. Its dimensions are 44 x 44 x 12 mm and weight 49 grams. The smart bracelet looks good on both female and male hand.
By the way, LEMFO X7 is dustproof and waterproof. It has IP68 standard, so you can use the bracelet while swimming or taking shower.
LEMFO X7: Performance
The bracelet is powered by Nordic NRF51822 processor in combination with 128MB of RAM and 128MB of internal memory. However, the hardware doesn’t matter, because you cannot install Android apps. You can use only pre-installed functions.
According to the manufacturer, the battery capacity is 210mAh. It provides battery life up to 60 days in standby mode and up to 30 days of active using. This is a very good result for smart bracelet with a large color screen and many functions.

First, you need to connect the smart bracelet to smartphone. The gadget uses Bluetooth 4.0 or higher version for connection. After connecting, the watch will display reminders, notifications, etc.
In addition, LEMFO X7 counts steps, burned calories, distance traveled, monitor heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen. As we already said, it receives notifications of calls and messages from a connected smartphone. Thanks to the heart rate sensor, the bracelet will warn you if your heartbeat will exceed the permissible rate.
In addition to swimming mode, the smart band has 9 more sports modes, including jogging, climbing, cycling, table tennis, etc. Unlike previous models, LEMFO X7 does not have GPS, so it is not able to track your location.

LEMFO X7 has received modest specifications, but it is OK for $34 smart bracelet. New gadget is equipped with a large color display, many sports functions and battery life up to 30 days on a single charge. It is a good alternative to UMIDIGI Uwatch or even Xiaomi Mi Band 3.
