Team Lenovo Mobile Business Group will be directly involved in the management of the combined division, but his head will be the former president of Motorola Rick Osterloh (Rick Osterloh). The restructuring will increase the efficiency of the supply chain, reduce costs and, most importantly, leverage the strengths of both companies.

The manufacturer also does not intend to enter into a price war with competitors – a new strategy aimed at making a profit.
