Review VAIO Phone A: PERFECT SMARTPHONE FOR BUSINESS?
Most modern smartphones were created for entertainment – users play games, social networks, YouTube and get a lot of fun from it.
However, some manufacturers are trying to keep pace with the times and create smartphones for business. Such devices are for people who do not play games, but prefer to read news reports and watch the exchange rate online.
BlackBerry produces business smartphones and now VAIO Phone A was presented. New smartphone looks very stylish, it will fit easily into your office mode of life. Today we review VAIO Phone A and tell you about its advantages.
VAIO Phone A: Specifications
Let’s start with smartphone’s performance. There is a processor called Qualcomm Snapdragon 617, which is built on a 64-bit architecture, runs on eight cores with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. It is a very powerful processor, but, nevertheless, the mid-level market of the same Qualcomm company has much more powerful solutions. 3 GB of RAM supports the performance. It is enough for all everyday tasks. Even if you decide to play games, then you will not have problems.
It should be said that the specifications VAIO Phone A does not please us and does not disappoint. Modern Chinese smartphones offers the same for $180.
VAIO Phone A: Design
VAIO Phone A has is color option – silver. As for me, it is far from the best solution, because users usually have different tastes and preferences.
On the front panel there is a display, camera and speaker. The control keys moved to the display, which we did not like very much. The back panel is silvery. There we have a camera, a hefty speaker, the same big panels for a cellular antenna. Quite a strange design, especially for the modern market with a craving for thin and neat devices.
VAIO Phone A: Features
As for me, the main advantage of VAIO Phone A is its display. It has a diagonal of 5.5 inches and resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The matrix using IPS technology with wide viewing angles and other advantages.
In addition, new smartphone runs on Android 6.0. Earlier VAIO smartphones work on Windows, and there were no applications at all. On the other hand, Android has more security holes.
VAIO Phone A: Conclusion
I personally did not like VAIO Phone A. It does not create the effect of a really cool smartphone for businessmen and politicians. The design is unpretentious and too thick, some elements came out of use as early as a couple of years. The specifications are avarage, nothing special.
What do we get as a result? Apparently, quite expensive smartphone from the company VAIO, which is no longer related to Sony and is not at all pleased with its products.
