Vivo V7 First Review: Full Screen and 24MP selfie camera – Price, Release Date, Specs
The company Vivo has released new smartphone called Vivo V7. It is a typical budget phone from China with popular features, such as full screen or bezel-less display and 18:9 aspect ratio. The other specifications are quite normal, but the price is too high.
Vivo V7: Performance
The smartphone is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 450. It’s a chipset with 8 cores Cortex-A53 and maximum frequency of 1.8 GHz. It is something like Snapdragon 625. Both chipsets even have the same graphics – Adreno 506. The platform for games is suitable, but on low settings.
On the other hand, the screen resolution is also low, HD+ (1440 x 720), and its diagonal is 5.7 inches, so most games should work fine. Vivo V7 comes with 4GB of RAM.
Vivo V7: Camera
One of the main features of new smartphone from Vivo is front camera with resolution of 24 megapixels, Moreover, it has Beauty mode. The smartphone costs about 300$. We found this price for Indonesia. If we consider Vivo as one of the leading brand, along with HTC, LG, Samsung, then the price is OK. LG Q6 offers similar features and specifications, and ut costs about 340$.
Perhaps Vivo is even better in some categories. But I do not think that there are many people are ready to trust the Chinese manufacturer as well as brands that long been heard. So, I think the price Vivo V7 should be lower.
