The scooter itself weighs 12.5 kg, while the maximum load is 100 kg. In theory, two people can ride on scooter, but they should weigh 50 kg each or less.

I should tell you about the brakes separately. The new electric scooter Xiaomi uses a dual braking system. The front wheel is equipped with E-ABS anti-lock system, while the rear wheel has 120 mm brake disc.

New Display

Perhaps the main update of Xiaomi Mijia Electric Scooter 1S is the display on steering wheel. This is LED screen that shows information about speed, riding time, distance, riding mode, etc.

By the way, the electric scooter has three riding modes: eco or energy-saving, normal and sports.

Motor, Speed and Riding Range

Talking about the technical specifications, the new electric scooter has 500W motor, a maximum speed of 250 km/h and mileage up to 30 km on one charge.

For comparison, the previous version of the electric scooter had 250W motor, but the speed and range were the same.
