Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro: Design
For the first time in the history of Redmi series, the Chinese company abandoned the classic design towards a more modern version with a notch at the top of the screen.
This is an interesting feature, which is now used literally by all phone manufacturers. The notch makes the phone more modern, but I would not say that it was necessary.
On the back of the smartphone is a camera. It is vertical and very similar to iPhone X. The device comes in five color options, so everyone can choose the best one.
Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro: Display
The main advantage of new smartphone is its display. The diagonal is 5.84 inches, while the resolution reaches 2280×1080 pixels. The matrix is IPS with a high level of brightness.
Of course, this is not the best display on the market, but it is very good for budget segment. It’s especially nice to watch movies.
It is worth noting that the manufacturers decided to place fingerprint reader on the back, and face unlock on the front. You can unlock your phone with your face, just by looking at the device.

The processor of this smartphone is Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, which operates on eight cores with a fairly high clock speed. It allows you to run all your favorite games, apps, etc.

Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro has exactly the same cameras as Redmi S2 and Redmi Note 5. I think it is very good for its price. By tradition, the smartphone received a dual rear camera with Sony IMX486 sensor of 12 + 5 MP with PDAF-focus, electronic image stabilization and portrait mode.
Photos with good lighting are quite good. There are no special complaints, so everything is fine.
The front camera is rather weak, it’s only 5 megapixels, while the older models of Redmi have 13 megapixel cameras. So, you should not expect high quality selfies.
Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro: Price
The basic version of smartphone (3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory) costs $160. This is very good price for device with powerful hardware and good display.
More powerful model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory costs $190. If you do not need 4GB of RAM, then calmly take the youngest model – it wis good for all modern tasks.
