The first full screen smartphone from Meizu called Meizu M6S will be released on one of the first months of 2018. The presentation of new smartphone will take place in the second half of January. According to rumors, this decision was made because of problems with the camera.
Earlier we heard that announcement of new smartphone should take place on December 20, but these plans will not come true.
Meizu M6S: Performance
According to preliminary data, Meizu M6S is mid-range smartphone. It is based on the six-core mobile processor Exynos 7872 manufactured by Samsung. The latter promises to offer good performance thanks to a pair of powerful Cortex-A73 cores.
Exynos 7872 comes in 14-nanometer process technology and includes an integrated graphics accelerator GPU Mali-G71 MP8.
Also smartphone has only 3 GB of RAM, while other Chinese manufacturers already used 6 GB and even more.
The basic version of new device will have 32GB internal memory without support microSD memory cards. Also you can buy version with 64GB of storage. The display Meizu M6S has a diagonal of 5.7 inches and resolution of HD+ 720 × 1440 pixels (aspect ratio of 9:18).
At the moment we don’t know what’s the problem with camera. However, rumors say that it will have dual rear camera with 13MP sensor, and 5MP front camera.
Also, Meizu M6S has very interesting location for fingerprint reader: it is not on the rear panel, but on the side, which was not previously seen in the company’s smartphones.
Meizu M6S: Price
Experts say the expected price Meizu M6S will be about $300. For comparison, you can buy Smartisan Nut Pro 2, which costs $30 less, but is based on the more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 and received Full HD+ 1080 × 2160 screen.
