In 2014 started very often talk about the exploration of Mars and the Moon. To do this, engineers have proposed to abandon the landing and brake motors and rely on parachutes and “safety cushion”, which should be disclosed under the ship at the time of the fall and soften the landing.

To implement this idea, engineers need a special material for the trampoline, which must have incredible strength, resistance to thermal stress, pressure, and of course be quite easy and mobile. Now NASA has several experimental projects like material of carbon fiber. Researchers have noted that while the trampoline is unable to do, but they received a number of samples of interest, which can be used not only for the production space.
